The Ford Center offers modern conference facilities in a secluded and rustic setting, located in the heart of the Ford Forest. There are a variety of spaces that would be perfect for a meeting, retreat, conference, or reunion. Spaces range from the large conference rooms that can seat 80 to small break out rooms that can accommodate 10. Please see the chart below for more details. The dining hall can also be used as a meeting space and can seat 100-150. Tables in conference rooms may be set up in “O”, “U”, classroom or lecture style.

In addition to a special technical training conference room, there are three classrooms and a computer lab. All the conference facilities have wireless Internet. A computer projector, overhead projector, slide projector, easels and DVD/VCR televisions are also available.

A 10% deposit or $100, whichever is less, is required at least two weeks prior to the event. Deposit is non-refundable, if event is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled start.

Room Rental Rates

Rogge Conference Room (seats 50-80)
$100 per day, $50 per day for groups using dorm and/or meal service or half day (1-4 hours) groups.

Small Conference Room (behind dining area seats 30) $50 per day, $25 per day for groups using dorm and/or meal service or half day (1-4 hours) groups.

Technical Training Conference Room (seats 40-60) (perfect for trainings that involve large pieces of equipment or biomass, has durable flooring and large bay door access) $50 per day

Classrooms $50 per day, $25 per day for groups using dorm and/or meal service or half day (1-4 hours) groups. $200 per week

Computer Lab $50 per day, $200 per week (5-7 days)

Breakout Rooms (seat 5-12) $10 per day
