Complete meal service is available in the relaxed environment of our dining room. Home-made meals are served cafeteria-style and most include a salad bar. Our culinary staff will accommodate dietary requirements upon request. Special dining arrangements include banquet services, barbecues, theme parties, special occasion cakes, picnics, box lunches, or hors d’oeuvres.
Meals
Groups staying less than five days can customize their menu, if desired, otherwise the Ford Center culinary staff can create a menu that has a tasty variety of meals. Groups staying longer than five days will have their menus developed by the staff. With advance notice most menu choices can accommodate vegetarian participants. Prices are per person and include beverages and desserts (cookies–bars). Pies and cheesecakes are available, but at an additional fee. Prices vary depending on menu selections. A 10% deposit or $100, whichever is less, is required at least two weeks prior to the event. Deposit is non-refundable, if event is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled start.
